We ship orders via USPS First Class, which typically delivers within 1–5 business days.

We do offer international shipping.

Local delivery orders may be fulfilled through DoorDash or other third-party delivery partners.

Please note:

ALL DOORDASH / THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY ORDERS ARE FINAL
Once an order is accepted and dispatched, it is non-refundable and non-returnable
We do not control delivery drivers, delivery timing, or handling once an order is picked up by the delivery partner
Delivery fees, service fees, and tips are non-refundable

Refunds or credits for DoorDash orders may be considered only at our sole discretion and only in rare circumstances, such as:

Flavor preference, user error, normal device behavior, or dissatisfaction do not qualify for refunds.

We strive to sell the highest quality products from trusted manufacturers.

Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis only
Opened or used products are NOT eligible for return
Returns are not accepted unless:
- The incorrect item was shipped, or
- A manufacturer defect is confirmed within the warranty period

All return approvals are at our sole discretion.

Most hardware products include a 7-day manufacturer warranty for manufacturer defects ONLY
Warranty does not cover:
- Owner misuse or abuse
- Physical damage
- Normal wear and tear

After the 7-day warranty period, customers must contact the manufacturer directly.

There is NO WARRANTY on:

Warranty coverage is limited to exchange for the same or equivalent product or store credit
NO CASH OR CARD REFUNDS
Warranty decisions are final
